Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the services offered on hvacpresence.pro. By buying a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

HVAC Local Presence is run by Paul Hartmann, operating as Paul-Hartmann LLC, 244 5th Ave, Suite 2031, New York, NY 10017, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@hvacpresence.pro.

2. Our services

We offer two services for HVAC businesses ("you", "the client"):

• Google Business Profile setup: a one-time setup and cleanup of your Google Business Profile.
• Ongoing profile management: a monthly subscription for continued upkeep of your profile.

The exact work included is described on our home page.

3. Pricing and payment

Setup costs $197 (one-time). Monthly management costs $297 per month. Prices are shown on our pricing section. All payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself.

4. Monthly subscription and cancellation

The $297 monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. To cancel, email us at info@hvacpresence.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you will not be charged again, and work continues until that period ends. We do not give partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period.

5. Refunds

The $197 setup fee is non-refundable once work on your profile has begun. If you ask to cancel before we have started any work, contact us and we will refund the setup fee. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, as described above.

6. Your responsibilities

To do our work, you agree to:

• give us accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your business;
• give us the access we need to your Google Business Profile (for example, by adding us as a manager);
• respond to verification requests from Google, which may require you personally;
• make sure you have the rights to any photos, logos, or text you send us.

We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by inaccurate information or missing access.

7. No guarantee of rankings or leads

We work to make your profile complete and accurate, but we do not guarantee any search ranking, number of calls, leads, reviews, or revenue. Results depend on many things outside our control, including Google's systems, your location, and your competitors.

8. Google is a third party

Google and Google Business Profile are products of Google LLC. HVAC Local Presence is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google may change its rules, features, or decisions (including suspending or rejecting profiles) at any time, and we cannot control or reverse those decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after the update; for active subscriptions, we will email you about material changes before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
